"Y Ddraig Goch" is a perfect marriage of two, top Welsh products, producing the First Welsh coffee of its kind. The Whitford Coffee Company have combined their Flagship Estate Origin, Colombian Black Gold Coffee beans with the Outstanding Penderyn Single Malt Whisky.
The Colombian Black Gold Green Coffee Beans, are aged in Penderyn Oak Bourbon barrels, turning the beans everyday for two weeks. The Beans absorb the outstanding flavour and aromas of the best Whisky in Wales.
Following the aging process, the coffee beans are lovingly roasted to achieve an outstanding tasting coffee.
When ground, tampered and purged "Y Ddraig Goch" produces a "Smokey, Sweet & Smooth" drink.
